This just came across my desk and I thought it was worth sharing…
For those of us who have websites with lots of articles and information in pdf format, the problem has been whether or not Google indexes the information. This article by SearchEngineGuide.com, discusses in detail what can be done to have Google or any of the search engines, index these documents. One good point that was brought up in a forum on the topic was to make sure to include a link to your website within the pdf; that way if someone arrives at your pdf document from the search engines, they’ll be able to visit your website.
